Our client, one of the UK market leaders in their industry, has a fantastic new opportunity for a strong administrative assistant to join their Contracts Department
Monitoring training requirements using in house training Matrix
Producing monthly ‘Training Requirement’ reports for management.
Arranging training as directed by management.
Updating training matrix, personnel files and relevant supervisor files with new training information.
Booking hotels for site personnel.
Collating fuel usage information for HGV’s in line with FORS accreditation requirements.
Producing speeding and dangerous driving reports using vehicle tracking software and issue warning letters to appropriate employees.
Monitoring tachograph database for infringements and issue warning letters to appropriate employees.
Inputting asbestos exposure records using in house system.
Submitting section 80 notices.
Arranging service disconnections.
Assisting Contract Support team.
Collating paperwork for inclusion in monthly reporting to clients.
Sales Order Processing

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this Administrator role you will need to have:
Must have own transport due to location.
IT Skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and be proactive.
Data Entry skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Proactive.
Knowledge of Demolition/Construction industry would be a great advantage.
Flexibility on hours would also be a great advantage.
